Location
Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary is located at:
25 Lanes Road, Wongawallan QLD 4210The entrance to our Stables is at the black gate at the entrance to 25A Lanes Road

Parking
We have designated guest parking available at the property. You and your guests will be greeted at the front gates and directed to parking. Please be aware this is private property, and we ask for you and your guests to be considerate at all times.

Arrival
Please arrive on time, if you arrive early and we are still in session with clients just wait at our gate and we will open the gate for you at your session time.

General Responsibilities
By entering our premises, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
Non-rider children are to be under the responsibility of an adult at all times and must be kept away from the horses.
Any non-rider must avoid doing any of the following:
Enter any stable, arena or zone where sessions or experiences are given.
Enter any horse paddocks.
No food is to be taken into the premises or given to any horse without the supervision of a Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary staff member.
Smoking is not permitted inside the centre at any time.
Dogs, excluding assistance dogs, are not permitted inside the centre without the prior consent of Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary.

Dress Code and Helmets
Dress Code
All riders must wear an appropriate outfit that consists of the following:Long pants (leggings or stretch jeans)
High socks that cover ankles
Fully enclosed shoes with a flat sole and small heels (boots, school shoes and sneakers are acceptable) and
Sleeved shirts (no singlets or halter tops)
Helmets
Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary will provide each rider with a helmet that meets the latest health standards and will be fitted by a Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary staff member prior to the commencement of each session. -
Rider Policy
At all times while participating in a session or other activity, all riders must:
Stay calm when in proximity to any ponies or horses
Listen to the directions given by Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary instructors.
Horses will be picked out by Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary staff based on the safety, height, weight and competency of a rider. As such, Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary is unable to guarantee that a suitable horse will be available for any given rider on any given day.

Cancellation Policy
It is at the discretion of Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary to cancel any riding activities should the conditions not be appropriate to ride safely.
If during the course of the day Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary considers it unsafe to ride, Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel the event and an alternate date to reschedule will be offered. No refund will be payable by Gold Coast Equine Sanctuary for the cancellation.
